Here's a workout to warm you up!
As many rounds as you can in 20 min:
40 Shoulder Press, 40 butt kicks
30 alternating lunges w/ 30 pulse on each side, 30 butt kicks
20 crunches, pulse or hold for 20, 20 butt kicks
10 Full out pushups, 10 butt kicks
